Pay a visit to your dentist at least twice a year for a checkup, you have no idea what’s going on inside your mouth, it might look healthy to you but every 3 months bacteria recolonize inside your mouth, so don’t wait until you feel pain because then it will be too late. - Floss your teeth
Flossing your teeth is as important as brushing. Use the floss at least once a day to remove excess food that is sticking in between your teeth. - Replace your toothbrush
You can’t keep using the same toothbrush forever; you should change it every 3 to 4 months. Old toothbrushes are not only ineffective in cleaning your teeth, but it is full of bacteria that can cause infections. - Smoking
